When I picked Tim and Laura Vierkandt to help me find a new house in Dothan I did so because my best friend recommended them.

Now I’m a true fan of this husband and wife team with my own highest recommendation! They were not only my agents but acted more like my partners in finding a home for my family. By the end of the process they had also become my friends. They were just what I needed since I had the daunting task of house hunting without help from my family who had to stay in Virginia due to work commitments. Tim and Laura are very knowledgeable professionals and know the real estate market in the Dothan area well. They are also fun, personable, empathetic, encouraging and extremely responsive! There were several days when I was frustrated and wanting to give up but they were always able to get me back on track with patience and positivity. I called them A LOT but was never made to feel annoying or needy (even if I more than likely was sometimes). Thanks to them I did find a great house after a few weeks of looking at many. I have written several Google reviews in the past. Some good and some not so good, but anything I have written has been completely truthful based on my own experiences. Personally I read reviews for most anything if possible because I like to make informed decisions. Of course I take some of what is written with a grain of salt and I also do other types of research. I had a wonderful experience with Tim and Laura and would use them again with no hesitation. I hope what I have written in this review helps someone else make their own informed decision when choosing a real estate agent.

This was a somewhat difficult transaction as it was done nearly 1000 miles away, yet she made it painless. Would promptly respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend them!!

Laura met these demands with the highest level of professionalism. Additionally, there were several requests from the buyers with respect to repairs and Laura coordinated all of them with minimal expense to us. Thank you Laura."

"If there was on option to give 10 stars, I would definitely give Tim and Laura a 10 star review. Tim and Laura have been involved in our home journey for many years until we were sure we found the perfect place. They both went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible even though I know with my level of first time buying anxiety, it could not have always been easy. With such a rich history of real estate in their blood, this is like second nature to them. In addition, the vast resources, knowledge and patience that they have is second to none. "Susan has been the voice of experience. She searched and located the exact home needed in order to downsize. My requirements were many. Always upbeat and encouraging. Closing was easy because Susan did everything. After the move she took my lifetime home on her shoulders. She made inspections of inside and outside. Then with her knowledge of real estate advised of all needed repair. I asked her to come and check several times during renovations. Always responded quickly. When it was ready she had pictures made and listed the house the next day, Thursday. At noon on Saturday presented the 5th and final. She contacted a daughter in another state so we could have three way conversation regarding bids. We chose, contract signed that day! She made an overwhelming event easier. Tim, represented me during closing. He also knows his real estate. I recommend them highly!"
