When I picked Tim and Laura Vierkandt to help me find a new house in Dothan I did so because my best friend recommended them. Now I’m a true fan of this husband and wife team with my own highest recommendation!
They were not only my agents but acted more like my partners in finding a home for my family. By the end of the process they had also become my friends. They were just what I needed since I had the daunting task of house hunting without help from my family who had to stay in Virginia due to work commitments.
Tim and Laura are very knowledgeable professionals and know the real estate market in the Dothan area well. They are also fun, personable, empathetic, encouraging and extremely responsive! There were several days when I was frustrated and wanting to give up but they were always able to get me back on track with patience and positivity. I called them A LOT but was never made to feel annoying or needy (even if I more than likely was sometimes). Thanks to them I did find a great house after a few weeks of looking at many.
I have written several Google reviews in the past. Some good and some not so good, but anything I have written has been completely truthful based on my own experiences. Personally I read reviews for most anything if possible because I like to make informed decisions. Of course I take some of what is written with a grain of salt and I also do other types of research.
I had a wonderful experience with Tim and Laura and would use them again with no hesitation. I hope what I have written in this review helps someone else make their own informed decision when choosing a real estate agent.
